Remote Installation

We appreciate that some clients wish to focus on their day to day business and may not have time to implement new software or simply feel out of their depth installing any software. For this reason, Zyvault offers both remote and on site installation services.

We can schedule a remote login session where a trained engineer logs into your computer or network remotely over a secure connection to configure your backups.

The engineer will first discuss your requirements with you based on the software you run and the data you need to secure which will form your Data Protection Inventory (DPI). The engineer will then configure our online backup software to cater to those requirements, while you watch on screen.

Once installation is complete, all the critical business data identified in your DPI will be backed up daily.
