Where you have such complex requirements or multiple computers, servers or networks, an on site visit may be more appropriate in order to ensure that when disaster strikes your business can safely recover. On an agreed date, we will despatch a trained engineer to your offices. They will perform an in depth data assessment before then discussing their findings, your understanding of your backup requirements and arriving at a mutually derived and comprehensive Data Protection Inventory (DPI) Once the DPI has been finalised, the engineer will configure your backups, demonstrate the software and ensure the first backup is started. Subsequently, you will be provided with a copy of the agreed DPI for your records.
